Return Policy:
Returns are accepted ONLY in case of damage or defect in the product received. Raise your return request within three days of receiving the shipment. Mail us at contact-us@chicsarees.com with your Order Number, Name and Phone number and send us pictures of the damage or defect. We will either provide you with a product replacement, refund or a credit note for the remaining amount.
A full unboxing/opening video of the parcel is mandatory for claiming a refund or exchange. The damage or the issue has to be captured in the video for ease of claiming refunds. Any claim for returns or exchange will not be processed if such an unboxing/opening video is not provided by you.
The product must be returned in their original condition i.e.; it must be unused and unworn, with no marks or folds, scent or damage. Please be careful when trying on clothing. (The Products with perfumes or body odour are considered used and are not fit for return or exchange.
The price tag/label should not have been removed and the order invoice is produced along with the product
Since some of our products are handmade, minor variations in print or colour are a part of the human process and are not considered a defect. Products with major visible areas of faded colour or torn products are deemed defective and are eligible for return. Colour bleeding is normal for hand-block printed products and is not considered a defect.
Once we have received the returned products a quality check will be done by our team. If the returned product is found intact, a refund will be processed.

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Our return or exchange request is handled on a case-by-case basis, and we request you contact our customer care for prompt resolution.
Colour Mismatch: We take utmost care while photographing images to match the true colour of the saree. However, there might be slight colour variations due to differences in the display of the screen. Kindly note colour variation or colour mismatch will not be considered as a valid reason to process a refund.
The amount refunded to you would be only for the products, not the shipping charges.
If you do opt for a credit note, you cannot encash it later.
In case we do not have a pick-up courier service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping in case of defects.
Orders placed for Gift vouchers are not eligible for return/cancellation.
Cancellation Policy:
In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before the order is shipped.
If an order is cancelled before it is shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
You can request your order cancellation by dropping us an email at contact-us@chicsarees.com. Please include your order number, name and phone number.
Refund policy and timeline:
Refunds (net of any additional charges applied on account of return) shall be made to the same issuing bank through which the Product was purchased, using the same payment mode. Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the product at our address.
The refunded amount may take 7-10 business days from the date of initiation of refund to reflect in the bank account/Credit card/wallet.
In the event of false, frivolous or baseless complaints regarding the delivery or quality of the Products, the customer will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
We do not ensure that the information on this website is correct. We do not warrant its completeness or accuracy, nor do we promise to ensure that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.
Shipping and Delivery Policy:
For order values over Rs. 1000/-, we provide free shipping anywhere within India.
If the order value is under Rs. 1000/-, shipping charges of Rs.50/- will be borne by you. In case you opt for express delivery then an amount of Rs.100 will be charged to you.
For delivery outside India, courier charges will be borne by you. Customer will also be liable to pay the customs or any other charges if applicable in such cases.
Customers are requested to provide an accurate, complete and valid shipping address with pin code at the time of checkout to avoid any delays, as we would not be liable if any incorrect address is provided. No refunds may be claimed by the buyer for any delay in delivery of the Products, which was caused due to reasons beyond our control. You cannot change the shipping address once the order is placed. AWB no will be provided for you to track your parcel.
